DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders with a total value exceeding $100 will qualify for complimentary standard shipping if delivered to addresses in the U.S (eligible standard shipping costs shall not exceed $30). This threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Purchase of gift cards, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Some promotions may preclude free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping. Free Upgraded Shipping Promotions valid only during advertised dates all other conditions apply.
To be certain your items are packed with care, we generally ask for 2 business days to process each order before it ships (this includes expedited shipping). Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS's Ground Advantage. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders under the free shipping threshold.
To meet our customer's needs, we offer the following expedited shipping options:

- USPS Priority Mail Express
Please note: To ensure on-time delivery, all orders with upgraded shipping must be placed before 11 a.m. CST in order to ship same day. Deliveries are only made Monday-Friday.
Baldwin Baby Company will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are processed within the same 2 business day timeframe as domestic orders. When you place an international order, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, and weight. Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and can range from 7 to 21 business days due to customs procedures and local delivery conditions. Please be aware that shipments may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order ships, you will receive DHL tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
PRE-ORDER AND BACK ORDER ITEMS:
If your order contains Preorder/Backorder and in-stock items, in-stock items will ship first and Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@baldwinbabyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
